Summary

Cabinet system is one of the important components of sever room. It bears the physical load of IDC equipment, determines the possibility of density in physical space. Combining wiring system, power distribution system, cooling system and monitoring system, it provides structure channel and maintenance convenience for equipment interconnection. With the large-scale IDC room, it also provides the basic interface for the management of the room.Through the airflow redistribution of the sever room to provide energy-saving and emission-reduction solution, the integrity, maintainability, appearance and air distribution characteristics of the cabinet system itself will affect the overall appearance, construction speed and construction quality of the sever room.

Feature

Comply with ANSI/EIA RS-310-D, IEC297-2, DIN41491; PART1, DIN41494; PART7, GB/T3047.2-92 standard; compatible with ETSI standard.
Adopt the frame cabinet structure of nine folded profiles, which is made of high quality cold rolled steel.
Material: SPCC high quality cold rolled steel; thickness: square hole strip 2.0mm, pallet 2.0mm, installation beam 1.5mm, other 1.2mm.
Technics: the coating should have a smooth surface, uniform color, no flow hanging and no exposed bottom; metal parts should be free of rust, cleaning, phosphating and anti-corrosion treatment, electrostatic spraying treatment according to the national standard; and conform to the non-toxic and harmless spraying standards. Protection level is IP20.
Load-bearing: the load-bearing capacity of the whole cabinet is not less than 1000KG

Performance

Structure Function

1. The cabinet door and side panel are detachable structure. The opening and closing of the door are flexible, reliable, easy to install and maintain. The opening angle of the door should not be less than 120 degrees. Both front and rear door should be out-opening door mode, in which the front door is single-opened, the rear door is single-opened or symmetrical double-opened.

2. Inside the cabinet, four or six installation columns shall be installed for installing equipment and fixing pallet. The column can be adjusted forward and backward. The back column can adjust the depth, and can be equipped with adjustable brackets and pallets in height. The distance between the front installation column and the front door is at least 180 mm to 300 mm.

3. Pallet load-bearing: cabinet structure is solid, can withstand the top cable and structural parts load. Cabinet and pallet’s vertical pressure≥40kg (no deformation)

4. Cabinet overall load-bearing ≤900kg

Environmental Requirement

Working environment temperature: 5℃～40℃;

Relative humidity: 5%～95%;

Storage temperature: –55℃～70℃;

Altitude≤1000m. When Altitude＞1000m,it should derating use in accordance with GB/T_3859.2-1993.

IP grade: IP20
